The Buffet Crampon Divine Bb Clarinet is the result of an intensive research and development collaboration led by Paul Meyer, in partnership with Buffet Crampon workshops and acclaimed clarinetists worldwide. Inspired by the Tosca model, the Divine features improved hole placement and an optimized bore for enhanced intonation, flexible register-crossing, and a smooth, free-blowing experience.
Exceptional Design and Performance
Constructed from selected African grenadilla wood (Dalbergia melanoxylon), the Divine Bb clarinet includes Green Line tone-hole slots on the upper joint to prevent air leaks. Its innovative carbon wire (patented by Buffet Crampon) replaces traditional metal rings, making the clarinet 60 grams lighter, which enhances balance, vibration, and freer airflow.
New ergonomic keywork and spatulas provide improved comfort and control. Equipped with the latest evolution of the RC bore, this clarinet represents a significant advancement in Buffet Crampon’s line, blending technical innovation with the artistry of French instrument manufacturing.
